Laser Cutting

Our laser machine will deliver a high quality finish and cost is very effective. We operate a Bystronic laser with a maximum sheet size of 3m x 1.5m, with which we cut mild steel, stainless, aluminium capably of cutting up to 15mm mild steel, 8mm stainless steel and 6mm aluminium. We cut to tolerances of +/- 0.1mm (depending on thickness) and cut holes starting from the same diameter as the material thickness.

Parts can be supplied straight off the laser or put through our parts rumbler which leaves an even surface finish and completely de burred.
